Shipping Policy — Fabric & Forge Apparel

1. Processing Times

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. During peak periods (new drops, holidays, promotions), processing may extend to 5–7 business days.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery timeframes:

  • Standard Shipping — 5–12 business days

  • International Shipping — 10–30 business days

Delivery times may vary due to customs delays, carrier issues, or high‑volume periods.

3. Tracking Information

All orders include tracking. A tracking link will be emailed once your order has shipped.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied by their local government. Fabric & Forge Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur additional reshipping fees.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is lost or significantly delayed, we will assist in lodging an investigation with the carrier. Refunds or replacements are assessed on a case‑by‑case basis.

7. Pre‑Order Items

Pre‑order items ship once production is complete. If your order contains both in‑stock and pre‑order items, they may ship separately.
